At Medical Training Academy Limited, NZBN 9429053115881 (“MEDTA”), we are committed to complying with the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand), and any other applicable privacy laws and regulations, when collecting, using or dealing with any of your personal information. All personal information collected by us is held by us on our cloud based software. Our offices are located at 26H William Pickering Drive, Rosedale, Auckland 0632.

What personal information do we collect about you?

When you request us to provide you with our Services (e.g. enrol in one of courses or request that we provide you with other services) we will collect personal information about you including your name, contact details, and employment information (i.e. your job title and your employer) and other information we require in order to provide you with our Services.

During the provision of our Services (e.g. while you are attending one of our Course) we will also collect information regarding the Services and your feedback about our Services.

We may also take photos and videos during the provision of our Services.

Any personal information which we collect is used for purposes connected with our business, including for the following purposes:

      provide training services.
    • Any photos and videos we take may be shared on public platforms (including on social media applications);
